The Building Energy Manager will be the Energy Modeling Specialist for projects requiring LEED Certification, ASHRAE 90.1 compliance, and EPAct compliance. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ASHRAE 90.1 Energy Modeling calculations. Trane Trace Energy Modeling (or other modeling software) and/or LEED analysis associated with mechanical, plumbing, and control system design. The candidate will be asked to provide energy model report samples at time of interview.
